DAMAGED GOODS AND POOR SERVICE!!!

I reported Groupon SA a while ago. I bough a game console for my daughter (6) for christmas. The game console was never delivered as a christmas gift. I only received it the 11th of January 2013. The parcel was not at all sealed and there was no instructions. After loading the game my daughter played for 10 minutes where after the game exploded. I paid R399.00 for the game. I have send numerious e-mails to Groupon and they never replied. Only after reporting it on HelloPeter they phoned me back to arrange collection by the couriers. The game were collected on Monday, 14 January 2013 by someone of the courier company. When I asked the guy if it is not necessary to sign anything, he said no. I don't know how these people work. After several e-mails again to follow up on the faulty product or a refund, I still haven't received the courtesy of a reply or feedback. I find this extremely disturbing. All I want is my money back if they cannot deliver another game console, but they are failing to do just that. Don't make promises to the public if you, Groupon, cannot keep them.
