In November 2012 we ordered various commodities from Groupon SA, which were intended as Christmas gifts. There was plenty of time for their five-week delivery period. As Christmas approached, there was no sign of the goods arriving. Upon calling their land line, I would be told by the voice mail that I was 55th (or thereabouts) in the queue. After numerous (ignored) e-mails, they finally responded in January, asking if we were prepared to wait another eight weeks or would we prefer to have our money refunded. We promptly replied that we would prefer the refunded money. TO DATE, still no sign of either goods or money refunded!!
