No customer support

Hi there, it has been a week and I am yet to still receive assistance with some issues that I have concerning some purchases that I have made on groupon, i have 3 queries/issues that need to be addressed.

The customer support number is waste of time, each call that is made starts of at number 40 in the queue and after 30 mins of holding the line the call is still not answered. Happened on several occasions.

I have emailed customer support and still am awaiting liaison. Very disappointing for an enterprise which I constantly support.
