OnAir Decorder - false advrtising

On July 2019 OnAir sold 2 decoders to me and said it a buy one get one free. Come month I got 2 separate debit orders. When I question as to why am I being debited twice, I was told that there was never a buy 1 get 1 free promotion.
I have been asking for them to listening to the recording for the day I took their decoder which was in promotion. They have no interest. At first they said they will request for it, or they are still waiting for it.
Now they have just talk me straight that it pointless to listen to it as they will not pay me back anyway. It been too long.By the way the scam decoders are fully paid, which is why I was told that they wont refund me.
