IPig... 3.5 months and waiting!!!

I am SO annoyed!!! My husband ordered a groupon deal on the ipig on 16/18 Dec for Xmas.
Come end March this had still not arrived.
There was no communication from Groupon unless I kept chasing them!
Now after having the cash tied up for almost 4 months I have requested a refund YET I notice other complaints on the same deal on Groupon where the deal
Has since been received ages ago!

I am so angry!! I really wanted this ipig and waited a VERY VERY long time!!
How can some receive and not others, without so much as an apology after all I have been through!!
