I just want what i purchased

As i type this I am very angry. I am livid at the fact that a company can to a customer and with such regularity. Shame on me for believing on numerous occasions that my goods would be delivered as promised - the delivery would take 5 to 7 working days ma'am.
Each time i wait and nothing. I contact and am then told - apologies for the delay, kindly wait 5 to 7 days ma'am.
Circles. On the initial enquiry i was told that a solution would be found to the problem - my response was that there is nil need to find a solution, i paid for goods... i expect delivery. Worse still is that after the 4th or so email stating the delivery time, i recieve an email from a lady stating that the email i have used as well as the purchase i 'claimed' to have made does not reflect in their records. This after i had verified the amount had been substracted off my credit card as well as checking that the purchase did reflect on my account on their website. Which it does. Why would i persist and kick up a fuss without reason???
This has been going on for like two months, yep that is alot of 5 to 7 working days dispite the festive period for which i took into account. I would like my purchase please.
