I placed an order for an item early december, the promotion said 4 weeks for delivery, after 4 weeks I called - This call took approximately an hour to log, The agent told me that for some reason the deal did not go through on their side, even though I did a FNB to FNB EFT on the same day. So I said for the mere fact that I did not receive my item I requested a refund - after 4 e-mails I got no response from the call centre I then called back and was able to speak to the same person I did before - after the enquiry on friday the 24th Jan I got an e-mail that my query was with the refunds department and I need to allow for 24-48 hrs for processing today is the 28th JAN and still no word Utter nonsense.
