STILL NO RESOLUTION - 2ND POST ON HELLO PETER

I have no positive resolution from Vodacom 1 month after my original post on Hello Peter regarding my docking station for my Samsung Note 1. The docking station went into Vodacom Greenstone 4 months ago.
I was told on handing the docking station in for repair that the unit would be replaced in 7 days. I was then told they no longer manufacture the unit however after the first post I was notified that a unit was available at Vodacom Clearwater mall and that arrangements would be made for me to receive that unit however that never transpired. I keep getting calls saying someone else will return my call. This is the worst service I have ever received and a call from a manager apologizing does not count as resolving my query as I am still without an original docking station, out of pocket while you have my faulty product with you. The product should not have failed so soon after purchase in any case. Offering my money back also does not solve the problem as I require the docking station for the optimum functioning of my phone. I have a newish top of the range phone now for which accessories are not available anymore! My phone and the docking station were purchased together@Vodacom
