No reply on repairs- 1yea

My Motorola Artix Docking Station was falty and I only had the Phone for about 2 months. Gave it in because it was still under guarantee. Phillip accepted it and gave me a receipt. The date was 25/05/2012
On enquiring about it I only hear it has gone to head office, they are waiting for a reply.
I have phoned at least once a month and they will get back to me, I still don't have the docking station or a answer from anybody.
