Deal Click, do not buy from them

I placed an order with them on the 23/10/2013, Still nothing. They do not respond to my complaints or my e-mails, they will not refund me my money. This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Please take my advise and do not buy products from them. I have checked and I am not the only person complaining about this.
