Payment taken without goods

I bought spa vouchers from Yukon spa, on appointment they claimed all the vouchers without saying so. I only attended one horrible spa session and phoned to cancel the other two. They said they would liase with groupon as the vouchers show up as used. Its 3 months and no refund. This is a matter of R2000!
