Worst service ever - PATHETIC

I am absolutely disgusted at the service I have received. I ordered a product on line on the 27th of November last year and to date I have still not yet received it. No response from groupon at all. I have sent numerous emails and have still not received it. If you do not have it in stock then why advertise. This is false advertising as well. I paid for a product 2 months ago of which I am yet to reap the benefits. I could of bought my product from a more reliable source... I am absolutely disgusted!!!
I would not encourage anyone to use the services rendered by Groupon...
