Purchase from November still not received

I purchased a product from Groupon SA on the 16th November 2012 as a Birthday gift for a close friend. It was stated that is may take up to four (4) weeks for delivery. I took this as being the worst case scenario and it would be a slightly late gift. When it didn't arrive in time, I explained to my friend that her present may be slightly late. The same product was advertised throughout the festive season therefore the product shouldn't of been out of stock for my order that occurred before.

It has now been TWO AND A HALF months since I paid for the product. I have inquired on numerous occasions about the whereabouts of my parcel and was given randoms dates which came and went. I contacted them on numerous occasions not wanting to come to this site, but obviously it is not considered to be that important.

I have had two dealings with Groupon and both have been absolutely terrible.
