I purchased a Groupon voucher for a ship cruise on board the MSC OPERA (R5899) on 17th January 2014. The voucher mentioned I should book within 7 days. I contacted MSC on 20/01 to book for the cruise and they mentioned they are not accepting any Groupon vouchers. Upon calling Groupon repeatedly on 21/01, 22/01 and 23/01 and logging a call with the Groupon support desk (Ticket number 15548), there is no feedback on my issue. This was meant to be a gift for my parents today, 23/01, for their 47th wedding anniversary. I guess they will not get it today and they may not be able to enjoy their gift (The cruise leaves on the 27th of January 2014).

Apart from the issue of the voucher it seems that Groupon are completely uninterested in resolving the problem as the two times I got through to the call center, they told me same thing... they will contact the partner manager...
