I purchased a groupon voucher for 2 last year for the cruise to nowhere. The voucher states that you should make the booking within 7 days of purchasing the voucher. I have been trying to contact them since last year. I even tried booking online - doesn't work. Every time I call MSC I am put on hold for - 45 minutes. When I eventually got through they gave me an email address for the person who does the groupon bookings. I send the email and get a email failure message. I am seriously irritated by this. This cruise is costing me more than what I expected, all the phone calls and time wasting is probably costing me more than what I paid for these vouchers.
