Bought 2 Groupon vouchers on the 11 of January 2013. no response on receiving the actual voucher, followed up and found that I had typed a email error but this is old news as a previous consultant helped me before, was more surprised that it was never corrected as spoken.

So I have limited access and have emailed several emails upon emails, upon emails and no one is getting back, I have used all my airtime for the month to hold onto the line and as I get through asked them to please phone back as my airtime is on border line of finished, finally hoped that I would be helped said that I will be contacted no one did. Then I reverted to my fiance to phone from work for me, His a project manager so his extremely busy!!! He got them to phone me we tried to sort it out again the story of my error email came up, she couldn't hear me and said she will try and phone me back till today NO ONE HAS PHONED ME! And was told the one groupon voucher must be refunded nothing happened still waiting. But the other one is hanging. What if my Groupon voucher expires WHO'S FAULT IS THIS!!! I WANT ANSWERS.
