"Ok, so I have e-mailed numerous time with no response. Seems it is very convenient to ignore clients when the money is in YOUR bank account. Could someone who actually WANTS to assist me, please contact me regarding an order placed in early December already??? "
This message was posted to Groupon's fb page on Friday morning. This followed NUMEROUS e-mails, and still they just decide to conveniently ignore the client and hope they go away. Smart move to ensure you retain support...
