I purchased a blood pressure monitor in Nov, which was delivered in early Dec. On the day I received it I tested it, and it had highly inaccurate readings for numerous members of my family. The following day, I emailed Wicount and asked whether I could return it, and get a refund (I was concerned that it was an intrinsic design fault, & all units would be faulty). Despite numerous follow up mails, I heard nothing from them until early in Jan, when they asked whether I would be happy to exchange it and try a new monitor. Although not entirely happy to do so, I agreed that I would try, and if not happy I would then get my full refund. 3 weeks later I still hadn't received the replacement, or got a refund, and emailed them again. I still haven't heard a word from them in over a month now. I have since purchased a new unit from another supplier and would like a full refund.
