Money deducted immediately but goods never recieve

ON 16 January 2013 I purchased a kite surfing lesson for 2 for a friends wedding present.
The money was deducted from my account immediately but I have yet to recieve any sort of voucher.
There is no working contact number for a Saturday when I have time to deal with it.
Absolutely terrible money making
