I urgently need to cancel a groupon where the product offered has an exorbitant delivery charge, which is apparently per item not per order, but I cannot get through your automated call centre, waited 8 minutes, only moved from position 35 to 30 in the queue, cannot afford to lose my entire day trying to get hold of you.
Please respond urgently, your 72 hour turn around time on emailed enquiries will put my into time after the groupon has expired.
