What a rip off

I bought a groupon coupon (0010191hko) to go horse riding with my partner. My partner had called the supplier a week before to find out if he can make bookings. The supplier only wanted to confirm once he had voucher. I found this to be strange as we were just enquiring on dates as we needed to prepare. On Saturday we got hold of Sybrand, What a rude person. He insisted we send voucher. On Sunday he confirms booking by email stating we need to be there by 10:30 as he booked us for 11. Without giving us options. We tried calling him on Monday morning as couldn't get hold of him on Sunday to inform him we had a family emergency and had to reschedule. I resorted to sending him a email apologising and advising that we should re book. My partner called him later and he confirmed he will accommodate us as we could only get to pretoria after 11, in fear of for-feiting voucher we drove to pretoria only to find out, he left us and gave us a whole alot of attitude and forfeited voucher. Now I understand why the snake wanted the voucher. These suppliers are and we Trust that buying from groupon we are safe., . ARENT WE MISTAKEN. I WANT A REFUND, THIS IS NOT TREATING CUSTOMER FAIRLY
