Non-delivery and poor customer service

I placed an order with Groupon on 4th December 2012. Despite numerous calls to their call centre (where the shortest period I waited for someone to answer the phone was 15 minutes and the longest 45 minutes), and despite three undertakings to have my item delivered on 21 December, then 7 January and then 14 January, I have still not received delivery neither have I received a call back or email advising of the progress of my order.

My experience has been a most unpleasant one and due to this I will no longer support Groupon in any way.
