In November 2012, i purchased a kite on line through Wicount as a Christmas gift for my son. i sent notification of the payment, i followed up telephonically in December, and was advised i could fetch the kite in jhb, my lift fell through and i requested that it be sent to my parents where we would be spending Christmas. Despite numerous promises, the kite never arrived. I requested a refund on the 4 January, i was advised on the 16 of January, that my refund had been processed for payment - to date it has STILL not been received. I gave them the same banking details which i had given my cell phone provider, my insurance company, my company, when i changed banks, all utilised this information - but guess what - Wicount can't - nor do they have the courtesy of getting off their backsides and rectifying their shoddy service. 3 months later, no kite, no money - this is Wicount...
