POOR SERVICE

I requested canvas prints to be done by this supplier, paid a deposit and was told i could pay the balance upon receiving the canvas prints. it has been almost 2 months since and they still haven't printed my photos. I have called the supervisor, and even went into the shop to ask what is going on but i get tired stories and basically i just want my money back. I can go to a supplier who can press print on a printer and give me my photos is less than 2 months.
