Last year august I bought a voucher from Groupon for tattoo removal for a company called Barn Spa. After trying twice to find the place I had no luck. On the first occasion I made an appointment, on the saturday we drove there and couldn't find the place so I called the number on the voucher. The woman picked up and said the laser has not cleared customs and we should reschedule for the following saturday. The next week I called to confirm but could not get hold of the woman even after loads of smse and phone calls. Again we drove there but couldn't find the place. The woman never got back to me. When I approached Groupon to get the R900 I paid back stating the place does not exist they refused saying the woman has already redeemed the voucher!! But first they gave me the run around for a good few weeks trying to get hold of her but after no luck they said they couldn't help me.
Barn spa does not exist, the directions followed exactly as the woman described doesn't work. I want my R900 back!!
I still have a copy of the voucher and would be more than happy to sent it as well.
