I would strongly recommend that you never buy something from Groupon. Their advertising is all based on and half truths.

I ordered a LeapPad 2 package for my son's Christmas present on the 26th of November based on 2 things. First a SAVINGS of R1000 rand - which when shopping around turned out to actually be a savings of R200. Secondly on the website it said under the Fine Print and I quote "Delivery for this product will occur within 2 weeks". What they don't advertise anywhere is that their policy is 2 weeks AFTER the deal closes.

I called in on Monday the 9th of Dec to follow up and was told the detail around their delivery policy and after speaking to a supervisor (Lindo) was told that she has requested that it be delivered this week still. Called in today and was told still going to be 3 to 5 working days.

So almost 3 weeks down the line I am still waiting for my son's gift and although you call then all they do is say sorry.

With the CPA in place surely this kind of treatment of your customers is not allowed. You need to be explicit in all your policies in a manner that the client understands. Something Groupon is yet to learn.
