Late/no delivery then passing the buck

On the 16/10/2013 I purchased Cantilever Umbrella, Including Delivery.

On the first deliver attempt no one was home

A month later I got a e-mail asking for an alternative address and phone no which was supplied

5 e-mails later they have referred me to an courier company and now the supplier

This is absolute advertising as the purchase from groupon ensures delivery.

6 weeks later and still no delivery.

However I had a purchase agreement with groupon and will now hold them legally liable for failed delivery

Legal advice will follow if this complaint cannot be sorted
