I have requested a return of a product from Groupon almost a month ago. 2 weeks later I still have not heard anything so I decided to give them a call. After 10min of holding I came through to a agent. I told her of my request and she said she will process it and I will be ale to return the product in 2 days. (They will send their couriers). Then I received an email telling me that I have been credited on my Groupon account which I was not. Even though I requested a refund!! Another week passed and nothing. Then I called again, and spoke to a different person. She informed me that they will log a collection with their couriers and it will all happen swiftly. Another week passed and no response and I am still waiting for the couriers to even send me a letter informing of their plans to come and pick up the item. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
