WORST possible service!!!

My husband bought me a La Pearla handbag for my birthday the 11th of October. The INCORRECT BAG was delivered and I phoned Groupon within and hour after my courier delivery. Well, its almost DECEMBER and I have contacted the call centre SIX times with promises EVERY time that someone would get back to me and exchange my handbag!! I am still sitting with an incorrect bag and Groupon has run the La Pearla promotion TWICE after i bought my bag and I am still sitting with an incorrect one! Come on Groupon, this is not the service we as customers expect from you! Especially since you demand the full, upfront payment before receiving the (incorrect) goods.. What more must I do in order for you to sort this mess out?!!!
