I purchased many of Groupon's offers but about 60% of them were below standard. Also due to time constraints neither I nor my children were not able to take up some of the purchases (there is an expiry date). Upon asking for refunds I was given many evasive answers and even told it was repaid into my credit card account... which it was NOT. I was given the manageress's e-mail address but was not given a single reply. It is very difficult to get your money back from Groupon and I do not even subscribe anymore. It is much easier these days to get through to the call centre than a year ago (presumably because they have way less clients) but you do not get good service at all! :(
