VERY BAD FEEDBACK FROM CALL CENTRE AGENTS

I am disgusted with Groupons service!!! I bought a deal from then 2 weeks back 5 days past no response and I called in only to be told that I used a wrong Ref Fine, I then asked if I cannot cancel the order and the agent told me to send and email with proof of payment to their customer services so that they can process a refund I did that and its been another 5 days I call back yet again and I am told there has not been a request for a refund and they only processing it today only because I called in and I have to wait another 7-10days before I can get the refund its almost a month now of dealing with the same thing. It was my 1st purchase from them and Im not happy at all. If only thye consultants could have given me full detailed info now every other 1 speaks something diffent, really angry and sad:)
