I bought a Dressing Table with mirror and stool. The goods were delivered on time but some of the items were damaged. I sent and e-mail within 30 minutes after receiving the good with photographs of the damaged items attached.
A replacement was promised but according to the people the stock was "being sourced" although the same promotion was advertised the following week on Groupon SA.. It is now weeks later and still nothing. I decided after a week to rather be refunded the R2099.00 as I sourced a replacement somewhere else. I sent an e-mail in this regard last week. How long is this going to take?
I shall NEVER EVER buy from Groupon again.
