Terrible service, and no feedback

I placed a order on Groupon for a Brazilian blow out, which was advertised in October for R499, i contacted them after a few days of not receiving my voucher or any feedback. They then asked me for proof of payment, which I had gotten and submitted from my bank. It is now November the 14, and to date I have received no feedback, no voucher. I have sent a number of emails and have received no feed back.
