Cancellation of a vouche

I purchased a group on voucher to the value of R480.00 on 23 August 2013, using my credit card. Upon realising that the zoo is in Limpopo as I am based in Joburg, I called Group On, on 24 August 2013 and Cancelled the voucher. They advised that the money will be credited to my Credit Card.

I have called and emailed, sometimes Group On telephone lines are not even working.

It is November now and the money is still not reflecting on my credit card.

I was asked by Akilan Ranjit to send my credit card statement, I did on 04 October. Akilan Ranjit said he will investigate and come back to me, I am still waiting for his response and my money.

This is totally unfair, unacceptable and unethical for Group On to just take people's money and then respond once to their clients and just leave the matter hanging.

Getting through Group On is a mission, and when they finally answer, you get cut off.

I want my money credited back to my Credit Card. Its has been three months.

If Group On cannot cope, then they must just stop taking money from people's credit cards and just keep quiet.

I will never purchase anything from Group On.
