Great Service! Great Attitude!

Earlier this year we purchased a Mineral Water Pot for our office from Vuvuplaza. As usual the delivery was speedy and highly impressive, but our excitement was dulled due to the Mineral Water Pot being broken. I contacted Vuvuplaza about the problem and within a couple of minutes I received an e-mail from Raphal Moodley in order to confirm what the problem was. I replied to the e-mail with the required details and a couple of minutes later I received a call from Raphal Moodley! I can honestly tell you I was extremely impressed! Raphal Moodley went the extra mile and within a couple of days we had a brand new Mineral Water Pot which we have been enjoying since it's arrival.
