After absolutely atrocious service and from your OR Tambo branch regarding the incorrect vehicle I was given which was prepaid over 3 months in advance I now also see I have been charged 76 pounds on my credit card.

The service I have received has been nothing but disgraceful and now to charge me additional for a fully prepaid booking when you in fact owe me money based on the fact that I paid for a Group E but had a Group C for 3 days and had to contact other branches myself to find a Group E.
