On 25-07-25 at -20:15 money was withdfew from my Credit Card account. My SMS alerted me of this transaction and i stopped my credit card immediately.
Following day i had to stop my Cheque account cards as this was how they "cloned" my card.

All fine and well. Now to get a investigation started and get my money back. Telephonically i'm sent from one detartment to another.
Debit investigations (011 354-4801) refer me to Credit investigations and here it stops>

Please give me feedback as to what happened in people withdrawing money from my account and refunding me my money!!
