False advertising?

I purchased a snake bracelet with apparently Swarovski crystals on the 25 September 2013. The advertisement stated that this would be delivered with a certificate of authenticity. I received the bracelet but no certificate. I have emailed them 4 times already and received 2 replies indicating that they are looking into it but it has been over a month and this has not been resolved. If the certificate of authenticity actually existed why is it taking so long???
