I have placed [and paid] two (2) orders with Groupon on 9 September 2013. Both orders were incorrectly delivered. I have been trying to get the incorrect items replaced by Groupon since 30 September.

The one product was advertised to the value of R699. I paid R380 for it [46% discount]. After one of my telephone conversations with Groupon I did some research on the product which was delivered to me. What I found was that the actual value of the product is much less - anything between R260 and R300. This means that other than the fact that I did not receive the product I ordered, I clearly paid way too much for the one that was delivered to me.
Apart from various e-mails, I also made a few telephone calls to Groupon. The first call was on 2 October and the last 2 telephone conversations [both lasted 35 minutes! ] were on 24 & 31 October. On the 24th I insisted to speak to a senior person in the business. The senior supervisor to whom I was put through, promised that she would send me an e- mail with an explanation of the process that will be followed to solve the issue a.s.a.p.
