RIP OFF!

I purchased 3 Telefunken Tablets in October 2012. To date, only 2 of the Tablets were delivered. I requested a refund but they refuse to give me my money back, they will only give me Groupon Credits. On a separate issue, I purchased a Telefunken Home Theatre System. The product advertised was not the product delivered. I have been waiting over a week for feedback from Groupon and have heard NOTHING! I send e-mails and call them EVERYDAY to no avail. My advise to consumers out there would be to STAY AWAY FROM GROUPON!
