Never received refund

I ordered Mosquito bracelets through Groupon. After seeing the same product for less than the 50% discounted offer on Groupon elsewhere, I stopped the order and requested a refund. When the bracelets arrived, I personally took them back to Groupon but to date never received my refund. This is nearly a year and many emails and personal visits to the St George's Mall office.
