After unsuccessfully trying to get hold of Adega Mooikloof I finally phoned their head office at 011-463 4456. I spoke to a lady by the name of Helen. I was informed that the Mooikloof branch has been closed. I asked if I could redeem the vouchers at their Montana branch but was informed that this isn't possible. I hereby would request that I be refunded as urgently as possible. Since then I've had both Cara and Ganeefa informing me by e-mail that I will get a credit. This is unacceptable as they don't have anything of the same value - 10 main meals at R45.80 each. I have since received a credit R270 which I don't want. I want my vouchers redeemed at one of the other Adega branches or I want a refund. As far as I'm concerned if you can't supply exactly what you sold you refund. That is your ethical and moral obligation. Anything else is.
