My Wife spend a very frustrating day trying to get a straight answer from a consultant. This is besides the 10 emails sent to their support@groupon address. The service we have received has varied between outright rude to helpful with empty promises.
Almost 2 weeks after sending through payment and receiving confirmation that the payment was received - only to be told that the fine print was incorrect and it would take about 24 days after payment to receive the item purchased. Fine print states "Delivery for this product will occur within 2 weeks"
What I want to know is if there is any way other than emailing, which so far has proven ineffective, to speak to someone who can help me resolve my questions? Then the post is deleted within 5 minutes - SERVICE PATHETIC
