I took astral rewards up some time late last year or early this year. I made it very specific that I want the debits to run on the 27th of the month when I get paid. They run on the 25th. They phone me to sell me more and everytime they do I tell them to change my debit order date. No change. These debits run every month before my salary goes into my account. Costing me a fortune in penalty fees and knocking my credit rating. Now when I call them to cancel my subscription I get no service and rude woman on the phone who hangs up. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. I would like to cancel this subscription. Can someone call me. I'm tired of spending my time and money on a useless service.
