Unauthorised Debit & Refuse to cancel contract

Good day, i have been requesting the Astral Group to cancel my subscription since last year, i received a call on Friday 24.01.2014 ans once again asked them to cancel my membership. and now i see the debited an amount of R99 of which i did NOT agree to!!! they can pull all their recording and listen i keep it short, i don't give them a change to even explain the product!! all i want is to be removed from their system immediately!!! i did NOT Agree to any new Products!!! I want my money BACK ASAP!!!
