Cancellation of overnight, specialy booked

I recently made use of a special to treat my husband for our wedding anniversary on the 8th of July 2013 for the weekend of the 13th to 14th September for a stay over at Lavender Mischief and 5 spa treatments the following day. On various occasions I contacted the people to confirm and ask them to send me the necessary info, to which they replied they will forward it. Weeks went by and received nothing. Contacting them regularly to no avail. Two weeks ago I contacted them again to ask them about times and info again. They promised to send it and i am still waiting for it.. They also informed me that the restaurant is also no more opened on a Friday night. This was still acceptable. Today when i was preparing to leave I called them once again only to find out that they cannot accommodate us any more overnight. They said we can come through for the Saturday for our treatments but not sleep over as the place was according to them flooded. soon after this I received the first correspondence from them in a form of an e-mail telling me that they cancelled all accommodation. They gave no extra alternative and where really unprofessional. This is so disappointing after making arrangements
