In 2012 August I was contacted by AFA (one of the Bonitas chronic management division) with the offer of Life Insurance, I accepted the offer because it was from the reliable source which my Medical Aid. The agreement was that they deduct on the 25th of every month.

Everything was okay until in July/August 2013 when I received a phone call from an employee of Lombardy insurance telling me that my June/July premium was not deducted, I asked her who is Lombardy because I don't remember taking an insurance from Lombardy she then explained that is the policy I took over from Bonitas (AFA), but I was never concerned since I was never told of the under writers changes. I told her I was not aware since there are lot of deduction but I don't remember an unpaid item from the bank since there was always money.

She told me that the was a problem from their side, and she advised that there will be a double deduction in August, refused as it was not my fault, then later I was given an option to pay in 2 installments but be put on waiting period for 3 month I refused since my inception date was the August 2012 it will mean I have lost a year's contribution. I want all my contribution.
