I purchased the Sloggi hipster briefs for R349.00 on 04/03/2013 (payment ref # GRPZARAF367F) & the Sloggi bras. The bras were delivered while expecting a refund (for both orders) on 26/03, as I was previously informed that they could not send vouchers for both orders as the deals were closed unsuccessful due to few people who purchased them. On 28/03 I received a confirmation (via e-mail) that a refund has been made into my bank account and will take between 3-5 working days. No author's name, except Groupon Refunds Team. I called Groupon on 08/04, Lushane confirmed that a refund was made into my account, upon requesting proof of payment, she indicated that she'll ask the refund dept. to forward it to me. The ff follow-ups were made with the same response thus far: Ulrich Absolom on 10/04/2013; Lindo on 11/04/2013; Zursa on 16 & /04/2013. Given the fact that I have been human enough by exhausting all avenues, I, therefore request you to intervene in this regard. Moreover, Groupon to reimburse me for psychological damage in relation to the long waiting period, time spent on follow-ups and the telephone bill in relation to this matter.
