No delivery after promises

After a couple of phone calls and speaking to Johan I still have no feedback. I ordered a cow milkjug (15 July), which was delivered to the wrong address and he apparently followed up on it. But nothing is relayed to me, so I have no idea if I will ever get my product. I also ordered a bracelet (19 July) which was promised to be delivered by latest yesterday (26 August), and I am still waiting. Your customer service!!! Send my products! You guys are people's money shamelessly!!!
