Return of Ethanol burne

The promotion stated clearly that the Ethanol burner could be used both for decorative purposes and for heating the room.
Upon receipt of the burner, the instructions clearly stated it was not intended to be used as a heater at all!
When I sent an e-mail requesting that they uplift the burner because it had been bought for the very reason I was instructed NOT to use it for, I was told to deliver it personally to their store in Marlboro.

I advised management that for good customer relations this was unacceptable and that it was not up to me, as a dissatified customer, to return the item. Furthermore I had made other purchases so they could arrange to uplift the burner when making the next delivery.

To date I have received NO RESPONSE to my e-mail and the burner remains with me, unused.
